About Us
We are open Monday - Friday 9 am - 12 noon.
We take children from 2 ½ until they go to school. We offer a wide and varied range of indoor and outdoor activities each day. Each activity is geared around the foundation stage curriculum that is the same as reception class. This makes the transition from Pre-School to "Big School" easier for the children. We also have the privilege of using the school hall for music and movement and P.E.

We are also lucky enough to have a garden in which we grow fruit, vegetables and flowers.

Visits
We often have visits from outside organisation to enhance our current themes, for example - when we did minibeasts we arranged for Bristol Zoo to visit us with a selection of weird and wonderful creatures! We shared the visit with Reception Class and years 1 and 2 as we used the School Hall for the occasion.

Before starting at Acorns children and their parents are welcome to visit as often as they wish to help the children become familiar with the routine.

Fees
Fees are currently £8.50 Monday to Fridays.
There is a fixed registration fee of £12.
All children who are 3 and 4 years old before each term are entitled to funding for a total of 55 sessions per term
