This World Book Day we all dressed up as inspirational people. We had a video storytelling by Laura Baker reading the book 'The Full Stop That Got Away', which showed the importance of punctuation in a fun, engaging way. There was also a draw along where we had a go at drawing Frank the full stop. 

In Mulberry Class we also had a go at working in groups to write our own traditional tales. We planned, wrote and illustrated the books in groups with a beginning, middle and end. We used expanded noun phrases, conjunctions and speech in our writing.
