In Science, we have been looking at how we can stay healthy. We have learnt about the different food groups and why it is important to eat balanced meals and have a balanced diet where we eat five fruits and vegetables a day. In DT, we have created a balanced meal, where we taste tested different foods and designed a wrap with a variety of different foods from the food groups. We chopped, snipped, spooned and grated different foods to create our wraps.
