Year 2 had a fantastic time celebrating V.E. Day! To mark this special occasion, we took part in lots of fun activities. We started by icing biscuits with red, white, and blue decorations, creating our own patriotic sweet treats. Then we worked together to create a dance, which we proudly performed with the whole school. Everyone joined in and had lots of fun moving to the music. In the afternoon, we enjoyed squash and biscuits out on the school field, while listening to music and chatting with our friends. It was a lovely way to celebrate together and learn about an important part of history.
