  • Responsibility

Collective Worship plays a central role in developing our pupils’ sense of responsibility and moral awareness. Our Collective Worship sessions regularly explore topical local, national and global issues, encouraging pupils to reflect on fairness, justice, compassion and respect for others. These discussions are explicitly linked to our Christian values and provide opportunities for pupils to consider how their actions can make a positive difference in the world. This reflective approach is threaded throughout school life, influencing behaviour, relationships and decision-making, and ensuring that values-led responsibility underpins everything the school does.

    Responsibility and respect

We have high expectations of behaviour and ensure our children have positive role models to become respectful, responsible citizens by following our school rules to stay safe and happy.

    Collective Worship

Our children take part in daily collective worship alongside our whole school singing and praise worship sessions.  During our weekly collective worship assembly led by Mrs Hann, our children focus on links to our core Christian values.  These values include: community, compassion, courage, dignity, forgiveness, friendship, generosity, hope, joy, justice, peace, perseverance, respect, service, thankfulness, trust, truthfulness and wisdom.
