Each class undertakes regular lessons in keeping safe online as part of their work in PSHE and computing. On top of this, we have specific events to highlight the important of staying safe.
Every February, we participate in Safer Internet Day to reinforce the importance of staying safe online. In today's digital world, online safety is a vital skill and this special day helps us all reflect on how to use the internet responsibly and securely. To mark the occasion at home, parents can have open conversations with their children about online safety, explore child-friendly resources together, set up family agreements for screen time and even take part in fun quizzes or role-playing scenarios to practise safe decision-making online.
